These cover buying and using Bangermap, the desktop app sold by Adesia S.r.l.. Buying it means agreeing to them.

Who you are buying from

Adesia S.r.l. sells Bangermap. Payment is taken by Creem, which acts as merchant of record, so your card statement shows Creem and their checkout terms cover the payment itself. Everything about the app and the licence is between you and us.

What the licence gives you

One payment buys a personal licence to run Bangermap on machines you own or control. A key activates up to three machines. Releasing a machine from Settings frees its slot, so you can move the licence when you replace a computer.

Between online checks the app keeps working offline for fourteen days. After that it asks for one connection before it opens again.

There is no subscription, no per-channel fee and no expiry on the licence itself.

What it does not allow

Do not resell, rent, share or redistribute the app or your key, and do not work around the licence check. You may not decompile or reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it regardless of what we write here.

Updates

Updates arrive through the app and are signed, so an installed copy only accepts builds from us. We ship them while we maintain the current version of Bangermap. We do not promise a fixed number of years, and we will not remove a feature you paid for through an update without telling you.

Your API key and YouTube

Bangermap reads public data through the YouTube Data API using the free Google key you create. That key is yours, so Google's terms and quotas apply to you directly, and your use of YouTube data must follow YouTube's terms.

We do not supply the data, and we cannot promise Google will keep the free quota, the API or any particular field available. The outlier multiple, baseline, typical range and views per day are computed by Bangermap, not by YouTube.

Refunds and the right to change your mind

Consumers in the EU normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase. Because your licence key is delivered the moment you pay, you are asking us to start immediately, and you accept that the withdrawal right ends once the key is delivered. Nothing here removes a right the law gives you.

If the app does not work for you, write to us anyway. We would rather refund someone than keep money from a tool they cannot use.

Price

The founders price is what you pay at checkout. That price will rise once the app is past its first release, and a licence bought earlier keeps working at no extra cost.

What we do and do not promise

We work to make Bangermap correct and useful, but it is provided as it is. Nothing in it is advice about your channel or your business, and the numbers it computes are research signals rather than guarantees of how a video will perform.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid. Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded stay untouched, including for death, personal injury or anything caused by fraud.

Ending the licence

If you break these terms in a way that matters and do not fix it, the licence ends and the key stops activating machines. You can stop using the app at any time.

Law

Italian law governs these terms. If you buy as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply, and you can bring a claim there.
