Find your license key
Your key arrives in the receipt email from Creem, our payment provider, under the subject line for your Bangermap order. If that email is gone, open the Creem customer portal and enter the email address you paid with. Creem sends a sign-in link and your order is there.
Move to another machine
A license covers one machine at a time. On the machine you are leaving, open Settings and press Release this machine, which frees the seat. Then paste the same key on the new one. If the old machine is gone or wiped, write to us and we will free the seat for you.
Still stuck
Write to support@bangermap.com from the address you paid with and we will look up your key.
